The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) of 2008 established limits of total lead and phthalates content by weight for all children’s products, effective February 10, 2009. Section 101 of the CPSIA provides that any product designed or intended for children 12 years of age or younger must meet these limits. 725 Designs, LLC has performed all tests required under the new rules. All ID On Me ® components, products, and accessories are in full compliance with the phthalates and lead limits imposed by the CPSIA
