We recommend that you choose your ID tag for your pet the same way that you would choose one for yourself or family members (We know, pets ARE family members too).

If your pet has a medical condition that would be important to know in an emergency situation, then select one of the Medical ID Tags. If you only need contact information available if your pet is lost or injured, then the ID Tag is the answer. All ID Tags have the OPEN HERE instruction on the front, the EMERGENCY INFORMATION INSIDE on the back, and contain personalized and current information inside on the Information Insert.
